BREAKFAST: 1/2 English muffin with tuna salad, a banana, and a glass of skim milk
SNACK: a cup of Smartfood popcorn
LUNCH: Tuna salad on my homemade bread, an apple, water
SUPPER: The same as last night: leftover WW angel hair with my veggie and chicken sauce. This was nice and easy since I had a hair appointment and didn't get home until late. I also had a glass of skim milk.
EXERCISE: 40 minutes of brisk walking.
