Day 63: Wednesday

WEIGHT: 156.9

BREAKFAST: 1 slice of WW toast with SB and tuna salad, a banana, and a glass of skim milk

SNACK: 1/4 of a raised donut

SNACK: popcorn

LUNCH: tuna salad on a WW Deli Flat, carrot sticks, an apple

SUPPER: tuna melt (Do you think I had enough tuna today?) with cheddar cheese on homemade WW bread grilled using Smart Balance, a glass of skim milk

DESSERT: a glass of merlot

EXERCISE: vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, and a half hour walk around the block.
