Day 60: Sunday

WEIGHT: Don't know. I ate before taking a shower so didn't bother getting on the scale.

BREAKFAST: 2 slices of homemade WW toast with SB, canola mayo, and lean ham, a slice of apple, and apple cider, and a glass of skim milk

SUPPER: hot pastrami on whole grain rye with canola mayo, coleslaw, skim milk

EXERCISE: 40 minutes around the block
