LUNCH: tuna salad in a WW Deli Flat with raw string beans and an apple
SUPPER: 3 open-faced cheese and tomato broiled sandwiches, a glass of milk
DESSERT: 1/2 a glass of merlot
EXERCISE: 30 minutes around the block and I jogged to the corner store and back.
