SNACK: a cup of Smartfood popcorn
LUNCH: natural chicken breast on a WW Deli Flat with canola mayo and horseradish sauce, raw string beans
SUPPER: leftover chicken that my mother-in-law gave us to take home on WW bread with fresh asparagus with cheese sauce, skim milk
EXERCISE: I mowed the lawn and after supper I walked around the block for a half hour.
