Day 55: Tuesday

WEIGHT: 157.6

BREAKFAST: 1 piece of WW homemade toast with SB and seafood salad, a banana, and skim milk

SNACK: popcorn

LUNCH: seafood salad in a WW Deli Flat, raw string beans

SUPPER: 1 quesadilla: WW tortillas with cheese, onion, green pepper, leftover chicken, salsa, and sour cream

EXERCISE: Walk to the Post Office, hairdresser's, and IGA after school.
