BREAKFAST: 1 slice homemade WW toast with SB and tuna salad, a banana, and a glass of skim milk.
SNACK: popcorn
LUNCH: tuna salad on a WW Deli Flat with raw string beans and an apple
SUPPER: 1/2 a quesedilla, and the toppings off 1/2 a frozen pizza (yuck!). 2 glasses of merlot.
EXERCISE: I walked around the block for about 35 minutes.
SNACK: 5 pieces of crud
