BREAKFAST: 1 slice of WW toast with Benecol and chicken salad, a banana, and apple cider
SNACK: Smartfood popcorn
LUNCH: chicken salad in a WW Deli Flat, carrot sticks, an apple
SUPPER: We went to Mary's Pizza Parlor and I had homemade pasta with a white clam sauce and 2 pieces of garlic bread. I also had a glass of merlot at home with Dottie first and a glass of chianti at the restaurant.
EXERCISE: I actually went for a walk. It was cold but not windy. I walked for about 25 minutes.
