WEIGHT: Nope. didn't weight myself again. Tomorrow, for sure.
BREAKFAST: An egg, ham, and cheese sandwich on WW toast with Benecol. 2 cups of decaf with half & half and Bailey's.
LUNCH: a bowl of pea soup
SUPPER: BLT on WW toast with canola mayo and 2 glasses of merlot
EXERCISE: just stuff around the house.
