EXERCISE: a mile and a half around the block

Omgosh, I read that you had done a mile and a half around the block, and you had done some the day before, well done.
I have been to my slimming group this morning and put on 4 1/2 pounds over the christmas period so its definitely back to the food plan! My eldest son is getting married end of April so thats a good thing to lose weight for...
