Day 69: Tuesday

WEIGHT: 157.0

BREAKFAST: 1 slice of homemade WW toast with SB and tuna/egg mixture, a banana, and a glass of skim milk

SNACK: popcorn

LUNCH: tuna/egg mixture in a WW Deli Flat, carrot sticks, and an apple

SUPPER: 2 tbls of baked beans, 2 hotdogs, coleslaw, and a glass of skim milk

SNACK: the rest of the crud
