Since Veteran's Day falls on a Thursday this year, they gave us Friday, too! Yipee!
Gary's on his way to Florida, again! His mom fell and broke her vertebrae and is being operated on today. Because of his father's short-term memory loss, he can't be left alone so Gary's gone down to care for him.
The background to this page is a shimmery green. The glitter doesn't show up in a photo very well, unfortunately.
It's a beautiful, sunny day in the 40s so my friend Dottie is coming over and we're going for a walk.

I am all about the glitter and when it does not show up in the pix, it is so exasperating. I just cannot figure out how to capture that glittery look.
