Blast from the Past

That rascal Kylie!  She always leaves a little surprise for me.

Do you throw telephone books away?  I hadn't for years but my husband got on my case about the pile I had so I decided to get rid of some.  Before throwing them in the recycling bin, I checked out the oldest one from 1993 and, lo and behold, there was the entry that our kids had when we owned a motel.  They were teenagers and had to have their own line.

The kids eating ice cream and the cones were on a letter from my friend, Anne.  They remind me of when I was little.  I was the oldest of four kids and in the summer we'd rent a cottage at a lake.  I think I remember a picture of us very similar to this.

You owned a motel? Cool!
I've not been blogging much lately....lots of other stuff going on. I'll have to catch up on reading and posting soon.

Kylie is a girl after my own heart with all of the kitties! I love how you used 'first class' as a type of double entendre.
