Day 40 of the Diet: Monday

WEIGHT: 159.5

BREAKFAST: 1/2 WW English muffin with Benecol and chicken salad, a banana, and a glass of skim milk

SNACK: a cup of Smartfood popcorn

LUNCH: Chicken salad on my homemade wheat bread, carrot sticks.

SUPPER: WW angel hair pasta with a sauce filled with lots of veggies and leftover chicken, glass of skim milk

EXERCISE: I walked 8 times around the block for a good 40 minutes under an awesome full moon.
